Over the last 12 months we’ve seen drastic shifts in what Coworking events look, and sound, like.
First we went virtual, then we began exploring ways promote these globally accessible events, then we formed partnerships to help fill your virtual event schedules, and then audio-only social networks landed on (some) of our devices.
Given that included exists to create and manage resources or tech to help make business communities like coworking spaces even more valuable and sustainable – we’re going to try and bring some order to the chaos that is coworking events.
This week we’re introducing includedEventsbeta – a global, shared, and integratable coworking events calendar.
Anyone with an included account can submit events, whether they’re for members (or potential members) or for other coworking professionals and operators.
Coworking Events can be linked to Zoom, webinar platforms, have an external registration process, be on Clubhouse or Twitter Spaces or even in your own workspaces (when it’s safe for you to do so again).
As a bonus, events for coworking operators may be added to This Week In Coworking newsletters too.
We’re still collecting feedback and feature requests, but here’s some things we’d like to add if the beta goes well.
- Syncing in your spaces' events from Facebook.
- Beautiful event widgets for use around the net.
- Feature rich event and speaker profiles.
- Showing off your upcoming, and past events, on community includedProfiles.
The platform is now live and in beta, so expect many changes or tweaks as we get it set up and scaling nicely.
Do check out some upcoming events, share your own, or let us know what you love or hate about includedEvents.
