Good afternoon friends, fellow entrepreneurs, amazing host partners and our marketplace launch partners, today I get to make the second of several announcements about the future of the included.co project.
As our network grows and it’s reach spans across 8 countries (and counting), there needed to be a legal framework that protects all of you. A team including two large legal firms and a handful of advisors have been working on this framework for over 6 months now so as to make sure that it was understandable, transparent and protected each party of any transaction made through our site.
This framework is now available in the form of our newly updated Terms of Service and you can read the full text here, and I’m happy to answer any questions submitted via our contact page.
A massive thank you to our internal advisors for their countless hours of reading and re-writing as well as the team at Nabarro who made sure the legalese was kept to a minimum.
As of Monday morning, you will start seeing prompts across the site, reminding you to accept these new terms when you’re logged in. If you’re an eager beaver like me, you can pop over and accept the terms from now.
