Can a growing startup really use ‘rent a desk’ services?

One question that seems to be popping up, during our chats with hundreds of you – brilliant creators and tinkerers – over the last few months, is whether it’s do-able to work from a rented desk as you scale up your startup. Some freelancing folk also asked about the working environment at some of our hosts. Not being ones to shy from a challenge, we’ve decided to dive in and find out first-hand.

In order to give you a better understanding of each space, we’ve disbanded our permanent offices and our growing team will disperse and begin visiting as many of our hosts as possible. We’ll be working from their desks on our daily Desk&Co tasks, whilst simultaneously blogging about the environment, it’s pros and it’s cons.

Seeing full profiles, clear photos and transparent prices for desks is awesome, but we’re on a mission to make finding your ideal workspace as comfortable as possible too. This goes hand-in-hand with the release of public reviews and ratings from included.co guests, so they can also help you find a space that truly matches your every expectation.

Up first, we’ll be taking a look at working from Assembly Manchester.
