Although none of our savings have any obligation to purchase, we understand that the act of ‘claiming’ an offer to be ask questions was awkward and left many feeling uncomfortable.
As from today, we’ve begun enabling ‘AskFirst’ buttons on marketplace offers, allowing for busy people to get a bit more info from the vendor before unlocking their saving.
Our partner workspaces’ profiles will also be getting AskFirst buttons, enabling new and direct communication channels between prospective visitors or members.
These questions are tracked, and will be used as the foundation for a new ‘FAQ’ section on the new vendor or savings pages currently in development.
Not only can you grab accounting, legal, video, marketing or copywriting savings, but you can now use AskFirst to get a feel for if that vendor is the right fit for you too.
