We’ve been building, designing, networking, hacking, live blogging, filling desks, and helping businesses in Cyprus for a few weeks now… and it’s going very well to say the least. With 4 spaces across 3 cities, and even more in the pipeline, our dedication to help entrepreneurial individuals in on the island is unquestionable.

But we have always said that we have a bigger picture in mind than just renting out desks, and recently rebranded to prove it. But instead of shouting about it, and making grand sweeping statements, we prefer to take action… and this is our first step, of many, planned over the coming weeks.

The United Kingdom is world-renowned for it’s support and infrastructure for entrepreneurship in general, and several cities are taking startups very seriously. Manchester is a prime example of one of these cities, and is on a mission to become a top-5 startup location.

For this, and many other reasons, we are proud to be announcing that Manchester is our launch city for our plans to help entrepreneurs, freelancers and businesses get the place and space to grow and succeed in the UK.

A Shared Mission

We are honoured that the team at Techhub Manchester have not only understood our mission, but embraced it. From last night we began listing their desks on our site, as to begin a movement to help more digital entrepreneurs make the shift to high quality desk spaces in Manchester, whilst helping them to grow out their business.

Manchester is a city that has fostered tremendous innovations throughout its history, and is continuing to do so, and so we’re proud to be shouting Hello Manchester! We are currently in talks with several other hosts and will be updating you through our blog, Facebook, Twitter, AngelList and LinkedIn accounts, to ensure that you can get the latest news wherever you prefer.

This also extends the reach and network of our hosts and guests in Cyprus, allowing us to start setting down the foundations to bridge entrepreneurs in two European countries, with a hint at where we’re heading.
