In a networked knowledge society, the location, time and composition of teams are subject to constant change. Coworking as a form of free and self-determined work is an answer to this and provides spaces, community and interaction between the users.
The German Coworking Federation supports a network of people, spaces and sympathizers that carries our vision of a new form of collaboration and work culture. The German Coworking Federation sees itself as a mediator, developer and pioneer. We support coworkers and coworking spaces, we like to encourage discussion, bringing people together for personal encounters, inviting people to participate, encouraging supra-regional projects and research on the subject of coworking as well as creating a public awareness.
