• A community for people that prefer to work together than to work alone. We are about creating a better place to work and as a result, a better way to work.

  Our vision is a community of entrepreneurs, freelancers and digital nomads that share a large office to network, learn and share while being in an amazing mountain resort.

  We believe that Bansko has several benefits for nomads and location independent entrepreneurs:
  – It is one of the prime ski resorts in Eastern Europe, but also an amazing place in the summer.
  – Sofia airport is about 160 km away with lots of low cost airlines, also Thessaloniki or Kavala are in easy driving distance
  – The cost of living in Bankso is rather low if you avoid the touristy places – like a €3 lunch meal in a local restaurant
  – There is lots of very cheap real estate due to overbuilding. You can buy a high quality apartment for €250-€350 per m2 or rent an apartment for €150 to €250 per month
  – Bulgaria has an advantageous tax structure for entrepreneurs with a flat 10% income tax
