This service is a first not only in the area, but within the storage industry as a whole. Freelancers, start-ups, students and small businesses from all sectors will be able to take advantage of the reduced costs of a shared work space, while building strong personal and professional connections as part of a mutually supportive, entrepreneurial community.
Members of the co-working space will have access to all the benefits of a traditional office including unlimited wifi, printing, desk space and on-site parking from £60 a month. Mailboxes and telephone answering service are also available.
The hot desking community will also have the opportunity to store in the same building, with access to units sized from 16 to 500 square feet, spread over five floors and available 24/7 from £60 per month.The site has drive-up units, covered loading bays, large vehicle access, free use of pallet trucks and a forklifting service, while a gated and fenced perimeter offers added security and peace of mind.
