This Boutique Office space is located at the ground floor (retail space) of an elegant and modern building in the very center of Belgrade (Strahinjica Bana Street – close to Kalamegdan Park).
The access to the Space is independent and directly from the street.
The Concept size is an intimate 50 square meters divided into 2 levels:
– the ground level presents a cozy open-space lounge area with equipped kitchenette, frigo-bar, secretary area, small storage and 2 bathrooms; due to its structure the ground level can be adapted as briefing area, in fact it is equipped with a modern Smart TV and Camera which can be used for Project Presentation or Skype Video Conference.
– the first level can be reached independently with 2 stairs. The first level presents 2 independent rooms with 3 desks each and private archive with lockers.
