• Our third hive opened in March 2012 in the Capital Region at 418 Broadway (Downtown Albany), right across from the gorgeous Gothic SUNY System Administration Building — where you’ll find a farmers market every Thursday and picnic tables/benches. Just one block to the Hudson River walkway.

  Our main floor is a former architect’s studio — we have a mix of shared work areas, including meeting spaces and desks/tables, and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, bottled water and coffee/tea. A surround sound system with Alexa pumps productive music in the open workspace.

  Upstairs we have 9 private studio offices and shared kitchenette, conference room, and lounge area with seating for guests.

  We attract members not only from Albany but also surrounding towns — Troy, Rensselaer, Colonie and beyond.
