🧾 Another CRE SPAC announced.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that they too were creating a ‘blank-check’ company. This Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) is raising $250M to take a company public through a merger.Β 

What differentiates this from previous CRE SPACs is that Cushman isn’t necessarily targeting property tech (proptech) companies.
