  • Our shared office space is 3 mins walk to the River Thames; 7 mins walk from London Bridge tube station; and located in a beautiful warehouse conversion with original features, wooden beams, exposed brick and amazing natural light all around.

    We provide our members with furniture, shelving, all bills, good heating, regular cleaning, high speed internet and 24 hour access with your own set of keys to access the building 365 days a year if you really need to :)

    We have an open meeting space area, nice roof terrace, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom in case you want/need to have a bath :)

    So if you are looking for cool desk space, surrounded with positively charged people, to run your own project or company from on a daily, weekly, monthly basis… you’re most welcome to join us.

    The rent of just £250 per desk per month includes all bills (heating, electric, cleaning, internet, storage, desks, chairs, green organic tea from Paradise Farm in Sri Lanka) but if you take 3 desks for your team then we will offer you a discounted price of just £200 per desk per month with all bills included.

    We ask for one month’s security deposit for each desk you use. But if you have to leave us then you just give us one month notice and your deposit will be activated to cover your rent on that last month.
