Creative Works is a business community and learning hub in the heart of E17’s Regeneration Zone. We provide flexible workspace memberships for local SMEs who want to work in a productive environment and become part of a growing network of creatives. As well as offices, meeting rooms and an exciting events programme, our members have the opportunity to work with ambitious young people from the local area through BCE’s Apprenticeship Training Scheme. We’re an inclusive and inquisitive bunch who are always open to new projects, partnerships and opportunities for collaboration.

Our ultimate goal is to enhance the success & well-being of our members and the wider community by making the quality workspace more accessible.
Our ecosystem facilitates the exchange of knowledge, experience and ideas between professionals, and in doing so also provides young learners with the chance to gain valuable experience in the creative industries. As a Community Interest Company (CIC), we’re always looking to give back: surplus income from membership fees is channelled back into apprenticeships or subsidised rents for local startups. We champion the circular economy by partnering with local suppliers and adopting sustainable practices.
