Community Operator Revenue Share Model

As the ability to make profits from purely desk/office rentals becomes tougher, forward thinking spaces are looking for alternative and diversified revenue sources.

Instead of seeking sponsorships, dealing with 100’s of vendors/sales managers/affiliate programmes across every business sector, we offer our partner communities the opportunity to unlock new revenue whilst saving their members money.

This is how it works:

Let’s start with the basics.

It’s worth reminding you here that included.co does not charge any registration, membership or ‘per-member access fees’ for communities to use the platform, and our team is constantly negotiating deals and vetting solutions for you and your members every single day.

Before any vendor’s solution or product is made available through the included platform, they have to agree to a community-enriching incentive.

This is usually in the region of 10-30% recurring discounts. So your community members will always save money through the platform.

Each time a solution is acquired, we earn 10% share (on average) of the generated revenue.
It’s this revenue that we pump back into the communities we support.

How our 10% revenue share is split.

Making our partner communities more sustainable.

  • Community Operator

    20

  • Payment Processing

    40

Around 3.5% of the whole transaction.
  • included.co

    40

Let’s take a look at a quick example.

To make sure we’re all on the same page.

‘Super useful product’ is usually priced at $150 p/month.
Via included.co it’s available for $100, so your members save $600 p/year. (12x$50)
On a 10% revenue split deal, the $10 p/month earned by included.co is split like so:

  • Community Operator

    $2p/m

  • Payment Processing

    $4p/m

  • included.co

    $4p/m

When a community is fully engaged, and saving on solutions in 100+ verticals, this additional revenue channel becomes a sustainable and diversified part of your long-term sustainable business model.

Through included.co you can save your members money on everything from insurance to software, hardware and even professional services; whilst making your bottom line more sustainable.
