It's a complex of 14 repurposed shipping containers and 2 double-decker buses that serve as a cowork space for a creative community. The buses have been transformed into a cafeteria and a meeting room. The shipping containers have large windows, and come with desks, seats, WiFi, air conditioning and electricity. VU Lisboa is also a multicultural venue with events throughout the year including theatre, cinema, DJ sets, concerts, exhibitions, food market and workshops. Each month the community meets for lunch to discuss their projects and explore collaborations.
